Our workouts are scientifically designed to maximize strength, power, speed, and core. Each exercise is carefully chosen to produce the best results possible. Each session is planned out, competitive, and most importantly fun.
Small Group
Experience
Maximum groups of 3 athletes in each session allow for each workout's quality to be at its highest. It also creates a competitive environment allowing athletes to compete against one another in different drills.
Seamless Class
Booking
Booking a session is done easily through our own app that can be downloaded on the App Store or Google Play. Sessions run every day except Saturday which allows for plenty of time to schedule a session in.
